VIP Cages Booking: Step-by-step

Access to the VIP Cages facility requires a unique customer barcode only available in the mobile app.
Follow these steps to make a reservation and receive your VIP Customer Barcode.

  1. Download the VIP Cages app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  2. Create a VIP Profile.

  3. Add player to your profile (if under 18) by clicking ’+ Add new’ next to My Relationships on Profile page.

  4. Select a service.

  5. Sign VIP Cages Waiver. All users of the VIP Cages facility are required to submit a VIP Cages Waiver.

  6. Complete reservation.

  7. Arrive at VIP Cages up to 15 minutes before your reservation.

  8. Access your VIP Profile in the VIP Cages App and scan your Customer Barcode to enter.

First Time Users

Access to the VIP Cages facility requires a unique customer barcode only in your mobile app.

  1. Open VIP Cages mobile app or booking website.

  2. Select a service.

  3. Complete reservation.

  4. Arrive at VIP Cages up to 15 minutes before your reservation.

  5. Access your VIP Profile in the VIP Cages App and scan your Customer Barcode to enter.

Existing Customers

  • All first time users must use the mobile app to make a reservation.

  • Individual lane rentals are limited to two users per lane.

  • All users are required to submit a VIP Cages Waiver. Your booking e-mail includes a link to complete and submit waivers for users not included in your VIP Profile. Dependents can be added to a profile via ‘My Relationships.’

  • Customers of VIP Cages are responsible for following instructions provided in the booking e-mail and facility rules.

  • You will need your unique VIP Customer Barcode on your mobile device to access the VIP Cages Facility. Your barcode is found in your App Profile and will activate 15 minutes before your reservation time.
